Back again and it is now Saturday, but you must hear about Fish Friday. Every Friday in the town of Gouyave the fishermen unite to sell their cooked dishes with fresh fish. We had a lobster, it had to be over 4 pounds. MMMMMMM. It was steamed and the pictures tell it all.
We walked around the food tents and enjoyed local music and musicians. These pictures are represented as well.
The music and the people are what really make Fridays, Good food and entertainment. We actually walked around the town. The prices are varied you get more than your monies worth, and you walk away full.
The ride home was interesting, due to limited vision, lots of people wanting to be targets, and road conditions at night. I am proud to say we survived as well as made the return to the cottage. Kenny is better today, but last night he was stressed on the drive. His sore throat is doing better, he is taking the antibiotics still, and feels much better. Today we return to Fort Frederick to see the spice lady "Hazel-Ann" and get more souvenirs. I will be getting lots of spices, and hopefullyI can convince Kenny to find the fabric store today. I am feeling great in shirts with no sleeves, and can hardly believe I haven't worn a t-shirt at all. The humidity is still high, but i am getting used to it. The sun is shining and I feel the need to get some sun. Be back later and keep smiling. Love Barbie

We are Kenny and Ginny. We call Northeast Wisconsin and Michigan's Upper Peninsula home during the summer months. Together, we enjoy recreational boating on the Oconto River and the Bay of Green Bay and camping in the cooler northern states. When the boating season is over, we become snowbirds and head south for the winter with our luxury DRV Moble Suites 5th-wheel trailer that we call Château de Sallé.
I bought the Château de Sallé in July 2018 with my late wife Nancy after our Monaco Windsor motorhome, OWFISH, was totaled in an accident.
